Susan Chaney

Born in London, England, Susan Chaney's artistic focus was primarily portrait line drawing. After moving to the United States, she became fascinated with the rich, colorful possibilities of oil painting. Her painting series, Women in Coffee, were based on her experiences traveling in the coffee business. She reproduced them as lithographs and sold fifty internationally, donating the proceeds to Coffee Kids, a fundraising organization helping to benefit women and children in coffee-growing communities.
