Stephen Gale

Stephen began his journey in photography at the age of 16 while he lived in Tokyo, Japan with his parents. Stephen trained as an army photographer and took his discharge in New York City after a tour of duty in Europe.

His work is heavily influenced by Buddhism and the transcendent nature of nature. The theme of his work reflects the energy, texture, color and shape of the natural world. His primary effort is to convey the essence of an object with its underlying reality.
