The power of the figure – the really good ones is that they are always able to evoke emotion by gesture, posturing and color. This is the subject I have spent most of my time as an artist exploring. My art is one big battle between color, form and material. I’m a transplanted New Yorker with a BFA from Cooper Union and a Masters Degree from Yale University. Some of my work has been selected for the Permanent Collection of the MOMA in New York.
